Photo of Wonder Girls member Sun revealed

A photograph of Korean pop sensation group Wonder Girls member Sun has been revealed on their official website prior to their upcoming international album release next week.

The group's agency JYP Entertainment on Tuesday released a teaser image of member Sun as part of promoting the girls' new album "2 Different Tears" due out May 16 (Korea time).

The picture showed the girl group leader sporting a retro-style look with long wavy curls and bangs. Earlier this week, JYP had unveiled the teaser photos of other members Lim and Yubin.

Wonder Girls, originally composed of Sohee, Yubin, Sun, Yenny and Mimi, made their debut in Korea in 2007 with their hit songs "Tell Me," "So Hot" and "Nobody" which have been popular in several countries in Asia.

They have also been one of the most successful Korean pop groups to enter the United States, placing on the prestigious Billboard chart with their single "Nobody," which ranked at No. 79 in October 2009.

The quintet, with new member Lim who replaced Mimi after she left the group in February, will be releasing their new album worldwide with the title track and music video to be available in Korean, Chinese and English.

They are expected to arrive in Seoul on May 17 to promote the new record and make TV appearances including the popular variety show "Family Outing Season 2."
